SLOTTING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To improve the operation efficiency of a captioned machine while rapidly performing various types of cutting machining by providing plural sets of machining heads while suspending them. CONSTITUTION:A machining table 2 is provided on a machine table 1, and a machine body 3 is put up. Two stripes of circular arc-shaped rails 4, 4' which are made of a flat plate in its outer periphery and in which internal periphery recessed groove is formed are suspended facing to each other on the both sides of the machine body 3 by a supporting plate 5. Respective heads 6a-6f are connected with connecting units 7 (not shown), cutting tools A such as a drill and a cutter are provided on the bottom surfaces of said heads, and a recessed side part is provided on the top surfaces of said heads, where a side on the machine body side and a side facing to said side are taken as a upper part, and the central part taken as a lower surface part. And, each tool A is turned with the power transmission by a clutch 8 (not shown) arranged on said recessed part, allowing a cutting work to be performed.
