Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. having improved impact resistance without detriment to flame retardance, molding properties and moldability, by blending a specified quantity of an ethylene/propylene rubber in addition to an inorg. filler and an org. halide flame retarder with polypropylene. CONSTITUTION:3-20pts.wt. ethylene/propylene rubber is blended with 100pts.wt. compsn. consisting of 30-80wt% polypropylene, 20-70wt% inorg. filler having an average-particle size of pref. 1-10mu, such as calcium silicate, and 5-30wt% org. halide flame retarder such as decabromodiphenyl ether. An ethylene/propylene rubber having a Mooney viscosity of 30-120 is preferred. Said flame retarder is used in a quantity of 10-30wt% based on the combined quantity of polypropylene and the ethylene/propylene rubber.
