CONSTITUTION:Films 6 of an insulator having flexibility and good smoothness are bonded to the bottom and side surfaces of a magnetic wedge 3, both ends are folded, and when the wedge is inserted onto the conductors 2, the folded parts of the film 6 are expanded by their elasticity, engaged with the end face of a core 7, and axially secured at the end face of the core 7. Thus, the wedge 3 is not anxious of separating, and can be conveyed by normal handlement to the steps of treating with varnish and molding with resin. In this manner, the wedge can be readily secured, an the number of inserting steps can be reduced.
