This base 5 is introduced into a hot air drier provided with the 1st chamber 1, the 2nd chamber 2, the 3rd chamber 3, the 4th chamber 4, passed through the 1st chamber 1-the 4th chamber 4 in this order and dried by the hot air blown from nozzles 7. In this case, part 7a of the nozzles 7 have hot air blowing holes 71 on the whole front surface while holes 71 in the middle part of other nozzles 7b are covered with a shielding plate 72. Accordingly, the quantity of hot air blown on the middle part of the base material is adjusted and the dryness in the middle part becomes nearly equal to that of the end part. |
