description PURPOSE:To prevent increase in the ineffective load of a control circuit due to the transmission of dial numeral by connecting a dial numeral reception circuit to an outgoing time slot different from the outgoing time slot of a line concentration channel switch to which a talking supervising memory is connected. CONSTITUTION:When a control circuit 9 detects a calling telephone set 1 via a subscriber circuit 3, the call processing to the telephone set 1 is executed so as to control a multiplex circuit, a time division line concentration channel switch 5 and a multiplex separation circuit 6 and a channel from a subscriber circuit 3 to the outgoing time slot corresponding to a dial numeral reception circuit 11 is set and a subscriber line state signal transmitted from the subscriber circuit 3 is transmitted to the dial reception circuit 11. The dial numeral reception circuit 11 counts the dial pulse transmitted from the calling telephone set 1 by supervising the interrupting state of the subscriber line state signal in a prescribed period so as to store the dial numeral one by one numeral. The control circuit 9 executes the reception processing of the dial numeral extracting one by one dial numeral counted and stored by the dial numeral reception circuit 11.
