Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To raise an efficiency percentage of a circuit by incorporating an MOS or MOM type adjusting capacitor formed by an island-like electrode rode in two capacitors incorporated by a lumped parameter line of an MIC-converted power amplifier. CONSTITUTION:L5 and C5, and L7 and C7 constitute a low-pass filter, respectively, and are connected to the base electrode of TR2 and TR3. The TR2 and TR3 have a low impedance, and are formed by a system for setting an impedance in IN and OUT terminals of an IC to 50OMEGA. Therefore, a variation of L and C in the vicinity of the TR2 and TR3 exerts a big influence on a characteristic. The variation of C is caused by a capacitor formed with a thin film on an Si wafer, there is scarcely a variation in the same wafer, and the variation of L is main. Accordingly, the variation portion of L is adjusted to an optimum characteristic by connecting both electrodes of adjusting capacitors 2, 3 with a wire by a wire bonding 110, and increasing a capacity of the capacitor. The capacity of the adjusting capacitors 2, 3 is made small in advance, and the capacity of the capacitor is increased by adding an additional electrode 112. |
