The header 2' is oscillated clockwise and the header 2 counterclockwise as much as required so that the distance LB between the colliding positions of curtain flow 12, 12' is made larger than the distance LT between the centers of the headers 2, 2'. Then even if the distance LA between the extreme downstream position of an interference line A and the colliding position of the flow 12' is larger than the distance LT between the centers, the line A is prevented from arriving at the colliding position of the flow 12 and the uneven cooling is thus prevented.
