The fine tin oxide-antimony oxide particles used as such conducting agent has excellent uniform dispersibility in the resin for fixing and has no tendency at all to bleed- out. The particles are chemically and thermally stable and the color toner compounded with such conducting agent has stable electrical resistance even if the toner is subjected to heat, light and electric discharge. The toner remains consistent in spite of a charge of humidity. The volumetric resistivity of the conducting agent is as low as about 1-5OMEGAcm, and the color tone thereof is transparent, white or pale color. The electric resistance of the toner is adjustable to an adequate range with a small addition of such agent and no adverse influence is given on the hue of the toner. Cleanability is thus improved and the photographic fog and edge effect is prevented.
