Secondly, a sliding surface 6b of the foil 6 is arranged at the designated position, the foil 6 is fixed to the supporting part 3. Subsequently, a cutout part 8 of the bearing base 1, that is, a foil fixing piece 12 is engaged into the space between the adjacent supporting parts 3, the piece 12 is fixed to the ring part 2 with clamping members 13, 14. Thus, the assembling is finished after an elastic element 19 is inserted into a hollow chamber 18 formed in the bearing base 1 from the side surface of the bearing base 1. Thereby, the foil 6 is integrally jointed with the bearing base 1, accordingly, the expected purpose can be achieved. |
