In this case, a disc 17 is inlaid with the notch groove 11' provided to the lower side of the half split cylinder B while the flange part 15' of a disc 15 having a neck part 16 is inlaid with the notch groove 11 provided to the upper side thereof and, subsequently, both half split cylinders A, B are united. Thereafter, ashearing pin suitable for a testing pupose is inserted through the orifices 2, 2', 10 of both half split cylinders A, B so as to piecrce therethrough. Finally, an inflating agent is sealed into a space from the opening 18 of a sealing body 15 to close an opening and inflation pressure is measured by the shearing of the shearing pin caused by the inflating agent. As mentioned above, structural simplification, the facilitation of handling and the enhancement of reliability are achieved.
