Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To feed out smoothly a tube body by constituting so that a housing for supporting a roller can be moved or vibrated. CONSTITUTION:When inserting a heat transfer tube into a tube hole of a tube plate, the heat transfer tube is fed out by a rotation of upper and lower rollers 94, 130. In this case, if the tip part of the heat transfer tube is hooked, the upper and lower rollers 94, 130 receive a reaction force. A roller housing 56 for supporting the lower roller 94 is constituted so as to be freely slidable to guide shafts 44, 48, and also an upper roller housing 106 for supporting the upper roller 130 is also constituted so as to be freely movable to a guide shaft 104. Also, the rollers 94, 103 are constituted so as to be freely movable in the axial direction to its shafts 88, 126. Therefore, the upper and lower rollers 94, 130 move or vibrate, and release the heat transfer tube from hooking and insert it smoothly into the tube hole.
