CONSTITUTION:A well-known reagent for glucose consisting of a color raw material, glucose oxidase, peroxidase, and a pH buffering agent is blended with a red or blue dyestuff such as preferably Amaranth, phenolphthalein, etc. in an amount to make absorbance at a main wavelength 0.03-1, preferably 0.05-0.5 higher than absorbance at a secondary wavelength based on 10mm. light pass length.
