description PURPOSE:To form a painted film having a high grade at a low temp., by subjecting a substrate to electrodeposition painting in a cationic electrodeposition painting bath consisting of a specific polyamino resin soln. then to a spray painting of an acrylic resin soln. and burning the same simultaneously to cure the paint. CONSTITUTION:A polyamino resin to be used is the resulted product of reaction of polyepoxide and the 1st amine having the 1st amine group or the 2nd amine group, or the resulted product of reaction of polyepoxide and ketimine blocked polyamine contg. the 1st amine group. A conductive substrate as a cathode is subjected to electrodeposition painting in a cationic electrodeposition paint bath consisting of such polyamine resin soln. and after washing, a spray paint consisting of a resin soln. contg. (meth)acryloyl is spray painted on the painted film thereof. These paints are burned simultaneously for 10-40min at 150-190 deg.C to cure, whereby the cured and painted film having 30-50mu film thickness and high performance is obtd.
