After that, the edge 2 is slided in the direction as indicated with an arrow (b), the secondary shearing force is put on the wire rod M, and the shear droops MA and MB are formed on a shearing wire rod SM side, a round part MD and ME are formed on the wire rod M side, and they are sheared along a shearing line MN. Subsequently, the shearing wire rod SM is shifted to the upper part of a discharge pin 3, the pin 3 is ascended, and the wire rod SM is discharged to the outside from the edge 2.
