The control office starts an OSC 207 to transmit a channel CH tracing signal F22 from an antenna 106. When the mobile station 102 receives this signal at a reception circuit 212, an OSC 213 is started and a CH tracing end signal f22 is returned to the control office. When a reception circuit 209 of the control office detects the signal f22, cross points XP113, 114 and 204 are opened and a cross point XP205 is closed to complete the CH switching control. Thus, a telephone set 124 of the mobile station 102 can communicate with the telephone set 120 via a CH panel 210, XPs 205, 203 and a control office trunk 118 at the base station.
