A rotation shaft 48 of the wrapping roller 10 is supported freely rotatably on a side plate 1a of a machine body 1 pivotally, and the rotary material 41 is fixed to the rotation shaft 48 in the outside of the side plate 1a. The rotary material 41 includes an approximately equilateral triangle-shaped plane plate part 49 and a short cylindrical part 52 which is placed at equal distances from base angle parts 50 and 51 in the plane plate part 49 and is fixed to the side of the side plate 1a of the plane plate 49, and base angle parts 50 and 51 are stood in the plane plate part 49 in directions of estrangement from the side plate 1a. |
