In addition, in case the rod 6 is moved upward, rotation of the pinion 10 to be rotated when a rack 11 goes up by a rotary mechanism 20 is not transmitted to the rotary shaft 19 so that the latter 19 maintains moving to one-way direction. With this, a large practical effect can be secured when using this rotation for power generation, etc.
