Zusammenfassung:	NEW MATERIAL:A thiazolidine derivative of formula I (R is H, lower alkylcarbamoyl). EXAMPLE:4(R)-carboxy-3-( 3-ethylcarbamoylthio- 2 -methylpropionyl )-thiazolidine dicyclohexylamine salt. USE:Remedy for hypertensor: it has high hypotensive activity. PREPARATION:The reaction between thiazolidine-4-carboxylic acid and a reactive derivative of a carboxylic acid of formula II (R' is lower alkylcarbamoyl) gives a compound of formula I where R is lower alkyl and the product is hydrolyzed to give a compound of formula I where R is H.
