CONSTITUTION:A baffle control frame plate 11 consisting of a peripheral face plate 11' and a both-side face plate 11'' is provided on the front upper half of a bucket 2, a guide control frame plate 12 consisting of a peripheral face plate 12' and a both-side face plate 12'' is provided on the rear upper half, and an oil pressure cylinder 10 is provided between the peripheral face plate 12' and the peripheral face plate 11'. The lower edge of the baffle control frame plate 11 is positioned on the level e1 of ground surface by the oil pressure cylinder 10 and the wheel 1 is turned, whereupon the popping-off of excavated soil e' in the bucket 2 due to centrifugal force is suppressed by the baffle control frame plate 11 and the popping off of excavated soil e'' is allowed by the guide control frame plate 12 but its spreading is suppressed, and the excavated soils are smoothly guided to the tip portion of a conveyer (g). By this, the rotation speeds of the wheel 1 and the bucket 2 can be increased.
