A discriminator 4 connects a decode output to discrimination signals D0-D2, and if any of the outputs is effective, an output 13 is generated from a logical sum circuit 5 and a transmission circuit 6 is operationable. On the other hand, the signals D0-D2 generates a code corresponding to an encoding circuit 8, a read only memory 9 is accessed with the code, an encryption key designated and opened by the reception station registrated is read out as an output 14, and an encryptor 10 encrypts an encryptio objective data 15 with an encryption signal 14 and transmitted after parallel-series conversion. |
