Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prepare a composition having excellent workability and free colorability, and giving a cured product having excellent electrical radiation absorbing characteristics and weather resistance, by adding short carbon fibers to a mixture of a hydrogenated polyhydroxybutadiene polymer and a prepolymer of castor oil and a specific isocyanate. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. of a thermosetting elastic material conaining a hydrogenated polyhydroxybutadiene polymer and an isocyanate prepolymer derived from caster oil and an isocyanate compound of formula (R1, R2 and R3 are lower alkyl; n is 1-4) as a curing agent, is compounded with 1-10pts. of short carbon fibers. The composition can be colored to an arbitrary color with a colorant. The isocyanate compound is, e.g. 3-isocyanatomethyl-3,5,5-trimethylcyclohexyl isocyanate, etc. The composition can be molded to the product having complicate shape, and is resistant to the outdoor use for a long period. A material for absorbing the electrical radiation over a wide frequency range can be obtained in high stability and reproducibility.
