FINE SAND RECOVERING DEVICE IN SEPARATING MACHINE FOR READY MIXED CONCRETE

PURPOSE:To improve recovery by providing shielding plates for washing of the ready mixed concrete stuck in a drum of a mixer car, thereby preventing the turbulent flow of water, allowing fine sand to settle and to join with the discharge line for sand and conducting the sand into sewage. CONSTITUTION:A ready mixed concrete separating machine A in a fine sand recovering device for a ready mixed concrete separating machine consists of a cylindrical steel or iron outside body 1, and a cylindrical net body 5 of a circular cone shape at the front and rear provided with many holes in the inside thereof. A chute 11 is located opposite to the end of the net body, and side part shielding plates 7a, 7b consisting of multiple plate type shielding plates are fixed to a bracket 4 near a water discharge port 10. A fine sand recovering device 3 connected with central shielding plates 8a-8n is provided by intersecting orthogonally with this, whereby the turbulent flow of water by drum rotation is prevented and the water flow is regulated by an intermediate flow regulating plate 9. Sewage ascends and when fine sand is settled, the fine sand through the port 10 abuts on a ring-like baffle plate 15 and therefore only the sewage and cement slag are discharged, whereby the recovering efficiency for the fine sand is improved.
