An air compressor 19 is turned on or off by a control circuit 17 at a temperature of a cool wind at an outlet of a vaporizer 3 through an electromagnetic clutch 19a. Then, when an atmospheric temperature exceeds 25 deg.C atmospheric temperature switches 20 and 20' are connected with each other, which are shifted to an a side, an electromagnetic valve 15 is strengthened and the door 6 is fixed at the maximum point of a cool wind quantity, at the same time an electromagnetic valve 21 is destrengthened and a warm water valve 22 is closed, then a setting voltage of a rheostat 18 is applied to the control circuit 17. Therefore, a working hour is reduced as control of the compressor 19 is carried out by means of on or off control in summer. |
