CONSTITUTION:Magnetic sources 5, 6 are installed in nonmagnetic cylindrical sleeves 3, 4. The magnetic source 5, 6 have plural magnets 51-54 and 61-63, respectively. Prescribed voltage is applied to respective sleeves 3, 4 by voltage applying means E1, E2. The voltage applying means E1, E2 apply electric potential with polarity reverse to the charge polarity of a removed developing agent or the earth potential to the surface of each sleeve. Scrapers 7, 8 scrape removed toner from the surfaces of sleeves 3, 4. The removed developing agent is discharged from a discharging part 10.
