FILTERING APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To carry out filtering operation in an inexpensive apparatus having a simple structure being easily constructed in good preciseness by carrying out the filtering operation by not only a fixed type cylindrical filter but a filter material adhered to the wall surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:At fitst, a filter material such as a paper material is dissolved in water within a filter material tank 50 and, after well mixing, when the water containing the filter material mixed therein within the filter material tank 50 is sent, said water is entered into a lower chamber 34 from a water entry pipe 44 and passed through a cylindrical filter 36 to be filtered and transferred to an upper chamber 33 to be recirculated to the filter material tank 50 from a water exit pip 51 through a branch pipe 52 but, in this time, the filter material mixed in water is adhered to the wall surface of the filter 36 almost uniformly. After this treatment, when sewage 47 is sent by a pump 45, the sewage is entered into the lower chamber 34 from the water entry pipe 44 and, after passed through the filter 36 to be filtered, transferred to the upper chamber 33 to be recirculated to a sewage tank 46 from the water exit pipe 51. At this time, because the wall surface of the filter 36 is covered with the filter material adhered thereto, said sewage is filtered in good reliability.
