Said slide member 33 is comprising a slide rail 35 extending in back and fro along the side 34 of the board 32 and secured to the rear fender 10, a sliding chip 36 fitted slidably in said rail 35 and fixed to the board 32 and a spring (not shown) for stretching said sliding chip 36 backwardly.
