And, an expandible styrol is charged into a groove formed by the upper piece 16 and the side piece 13 of the coupler 5, concrete is buried in the expanded styrol, and then expanded styrol is taken out. And, by a nut 25 and a washer 27 screwed with the bolt 3 of the panel 2 through the through hole 17 in the upper part of the coupler 5, the panel 2 is fixed to the upside of the strip footing 4.
