Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To make it possible to burn a fuel oil in its gasified state by a method wherein the oil burner is made to have a preheating nozzle and a main nozzle in lieu of the conventional preheating heater so that both of the nozzles are used alternatively and when use of one of the nozzles is switched to the other, the fuel oil is burned by the overlapped use of the two nozzles for a certain period of time. CONSTITUTION:Turning a power switch ON, a fan 12 is rotated by a motor 11 and an electromagnetic pump 18, an ignition device 8 and an electromagnetic valve 19 for the preheating nozzle 6 are operated. Consequently, a small quantity of fuel oil is injected from the preheating nozzle 6 and begines to be burned toward the outer wall surface of an vaporization cylinder 3 as it is ignited by the ignition device 8. Thus, when the outer wall surface of the vaporization cylinder 3 is preheated to a predetermined temperature, an electromagnetic valve 20 is opened by the output of a sensing means and a large quantity of fuel oil is injected toward the inner wall surface of the vaporization cylinder 3 from the main nozzle 9, the injected fuel oil is then gasified as a result of its contact with the vaporization cylinder 3 and the gasified fuel oil is injected into a combustion chamber 1 through a small hole 2 to be ignited and burned after it is mixed with combustion air from a blowout cylinder 10. |
