Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To prevent the clouding phenomena of cloisonne coloring and produce superior cloisonne products by adding specific slight amts. of TiO2 and CuO to underglaze in cloisonne working of the surfaces of stainless steel products. CONSTITUTION:A stainless steel product blank material 1 is put in an electric furnace, and is automatically raised of temp. gradually from 300 deg.C, and is slowly heated to max. 700-850 deg.C, whereby a uniform and soft oxidized film 2 is formed on the surface. An underglaze layer 3 prepd. by mixing, compounding and tackifying a small amt. of TiO2 and a trace amt. of CuO other than soda ash and fluorite in pigments is formed on this film 2, and again the material is heated to 700-850 deg.C in an electric furnace to melt these. TiO2 and CuO act upon the contact faces of the layer 3 and the film 2, thereby forming an oxidized alloy layer (a), and adhering these tightly. Next, cloisonne patterns 4 are glazed on these, after which these are fired at 700-850 deg.C, thence top glaze is applied thereon, and these are heated slowly, whereby a top glaze layer 5 is formed and the material is finished to the cloisonne product. |
