CONSTITUTION:When an eccentric wheel 14 is eccentrically driven via an inner bearing 14 and a wedge member 16 in accordance with the rotation of a pump shaft 7, friction is given mainly between the inner circumference of the bearing 15 and a circular arc face 20 of a clutch piece 21. But, the clutch piece 21 is turned round the center of a wedge roller 18 along the periphery by the reaction force from the inner circumference of the bearing 15 to give a strong outward pushing force radially to the bearing 15. This construction promotes the efficiency of power transmission from the pump shaft 7 to the eccentric wheel 14. Since the circular arc face 20 on the periphery of the clutch 21 is in face-contact with the inner circumference of the bearing 15 to keep a large contact area, the friction between them can be greatly reduced.
