SOLUTION: Under the condition that the emulsion of a resin compatible with a thermoplastic resin, when the thermoplastic resin is a polystyrene, a styrene-butadiene resin emulsion or the like is employed. The emulsion is impregnatingly adhered to a carbon fiber roving and then dried. After that, the resultant strands extrusion-covered with the thermoplastic resin are cut so as to mold a ground molding, to which electrostatic coating is applied. At this time, the surface resistance value of the ground molding is set to be 10 -10 Ω. Further, the content of carbon fiber is set, for example, to be 0.5-10 wt.%. As a result, the resultant molding can have the excellent bond strength of a coating film and sharpness of a painted surface, the easy coating with white- colored paint and the excellent mechanical characteristics.
