Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make crushing and agitation be done simultaneously by a method in which an agitation screw is installed freely rotatably in the middle of a treatment tank, an agitation blade is rotated along the bottom surface of the tank, and a material to be treated is concentrated to a central part while being agitated. SOLUTION: An upward tapered agitation cylinder 2 is suspended in the middle of a treatment tank 1 which is surrounded by a cylindrical side wall 11, forms a shallow cone-shaped bottom surface 13, and is covered with an upper lid 12. An upward tapered agitation screw 3 which is engaged with the inner surface of the cylinder 2 is installed freely rotatably in the middle of the tank 1. In addition, an agitation blade 4, which is extended horizontally to a position for the tip to approach the inner surface of the tank l, is bonded to the lower part of the rotary axis of the screw 3, formed in a bow shape, and rotated along the bottom surface 13 of the tank l to concentrate a material 6 to be treated to the central part while agitating it.
