description PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to make uniform electrostatic capacitance, by a method wherein, among a plurality of resistors provided side by side, the width of the resistor arranged on both sides is formed wider than the width of the resistor arranged in the center. SOLUTION: Resistors 26a to 26d are formed in parallel on the upper surface of the dielectric layer 12 which is positioned in the center of the direction of lamination. These resistors 26a to 26d have a longitudinal shape (rectangular shape), and the width of the resistors 26a to 26d, which are positioned on both sides, is formed wider than the width of the resistors 26b and 26c which are positioned in the center part. Also, both sides of the resistors 26a to 26d are connected to the opposing external terminal electrodes 14c to 14h. Accordingly, the electrostatic capacitance of the capacitors formed by all the resistors can be set almost equal, and the electrostatic capacitance of CR elements can be made uniform.
