Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long service life, simple, highly productive, versatile and inexpensive structure while securing mechanical strength by sandwiching/ fixing a fixed contact point member by/to a ceramic sintered body, by contraction on the basis of the formation of the ceramic sintered body. SOLUTION: A fixed contact point member 2 is inserted into a through hole 3b of a ceramic mold 3c, and is baked in a vacuum heating atmosphere of about 10 Torr (1 mpa) and about 1650 deg.C. By being performed in this way, the ceramic sintered body 3c contracts, and is brought into pressure contact with the fixed contact point member 2, and the fixed contact point member 2 can be joined to the ceramic sintered body 1 simultaneously when the ceramic sintered body 3c is baked. At this time, it is desirably molded so that an inside diametrical dimension of the through hole 3b becomes a smaller dimension of, for example, about 0.1 to 0.2 mm than an outside diametrical dimension D1 of the fixed contact point member 2. A hollow part is desirably formed in a contact plane 4 with the ceramic sintered body 1 in the fixed contact point member 2. |
