SOLUTION: A substrate phase of a polymer molded body, an inorg. material, etc., and a liq. or vapor phase contg. a low energy functional group-contg. compd. are brought into interfacial catalytic reaction to fix the low energy functional group on the surface of the substrate and to make the surface low energy. The low energy functional group is at least one of >=12C long-chain alkyl, perfluoro and polydimethylsiloxane groups. In the case of the liq. phase, the interfacial catalytic reaction is preferably carried out by dipping or immersion. The substrate may be put in a chamber in which the low energy functional group-contg. compd. is allowed to exist as gas. |
