Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film magnetic head having an induction type thin film magnetic head for recording in which a high magentic permeability, a high responsiveness and a low coercive force are secured while keeping a uniaxial anisotropy in the magnetic pole and the magnetic core of an induction type thin film magnetic head for recording in which the ratio of a film thickness with respect to a track width is large. SOLUTION: Easily-magnetized axes of the magnetic pole 14 and the magnetic core 15 formed by taking a hard magnetic material 13 having a uniaxial anisotropy in a thin film lamination direction (film thickness direction) as a base film are made to be in the thin film lamination direction (film thickness direction) by reflecting the anisotropy of the base film. Moreover, grooves 17 for keeping the uniaxial anisotropy are provided in the magnetic core 15 and the eddy current is suppressed from being generated by the grooves 17 and notched part 18. |
