Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a high reliability laminate having desired characteristics, without causing delamination, poor adhesion, etc., by avoiding involved air between sheets constituting the laminate. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method comprises moving a roller 4 of prim, (preliminary) press means pressed to a carrier film 1 to expel air between a laminating sheet 2a and green sheet 2b, preliminarily compression bonding the laminating sheet 2a to the green sheet 2b, pressing the preliminarily compression bonded body of the laminating sheet 2a and green sheet 2b through the carrier film 1 by a press head 14 of sec. press means to compression bond the laminating sheet 2a to the green sheet 2b.
