description PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the wiring distance of a wire material bundle and make a by-pass protector unnecessary by installing a ground wire which extends outward from a contact part coming in contact with a conductive member and the wire material bundle and has an earth terminal at the tip in the extending direction. SOLUTION: An aluminum foil 14 is wound in the outer circumference of a wire harness 11 formed by bundling electric wires 12. A contact 16a is formed by peeling off a polyvinyl chloride tube from part of a ground wire 16, brought into contact with the aluminum foil 14, and a tape 15 is wound on the contact part 16a and the aluminum foil 14. The wire harness 11 is covered with a polyvinyl chloride tube 13 to assemble the wire harness 11, the wire harness 11 is fixed to a car body, an earth terminal 16b of the ground wire 16 is fixed to an earth part of a car body panel with a bolt. The noise of the wire harness 11 is taken out with the aluminum foil 14 and the ground wire 16 and lets escape to the car body panel with the earth terminal 16b to shut off the noise to a surrounding electric appliance with simple constitution.
