SOLUTION: Cylindrical prestressed concrete 31 is formed on a bottom plate 30 made of reinforced concrete, and an internal wall 32 and a dome roof 33 are formed of FRP panels. An internal wall face and a roof ceiling face are of FRP faces and painting is omitted. An FRP placed frame is used as the internal wall. The roof dome is formed of prefabricated FRP panels for lifting up. The FRP is strong in strength and may not crack due to earthquakes or temperature difference. In addition, since the FRP is light-weighted and easy to handle, a period of construction can be shortened as well as operation under good environments is possible, thereby saving labor for field operation and improving efficiency.
