Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a ceramic green sheet in which even when particle diameter of ceramic powder is made small, a pinhole is few and surface smoothness is excellent. SOLUTION: In a method for producing a ceramic green sheet, ceramic slurry is obtained by mixing ceramic powder and organic binder resin into an organic solvent and dispersing the mixture. In the case of forming the ceramic green sheet by using this ceramic slurry, before ceramic powder is mixed, humidification treatment is applied to ceramic powder so that water content becomes 0.2-1.5 wt.%.
