BUILDING GROUP MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building group management system where two monitor centers can automatically grasp respective monitor times of error data. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a remote monitor 1 that detects a fault of installed devices of a building and a 1st monitor center 3 connecting to the remote monitor 1 via a telephone line 2. The 1st monitor center 3 is provided with a CPU 5 having a storage section, a monitor time collection section 7 that receives a monitor state of a fault signal from the CPU 5, and a monitor time display section 10 that displays the monitor times collected by the monitor time collection section 7. The 1st monitor center 3 is provided with a 2nd monitor center 12 connecting thereto by a 2nd telephone line 11. The 2nd monitor center 12 is provided with a CPU 14 having a storage section, a monitor time collection section 16 that receives a monitor state of a fault signal from the CPU 14, and a monitor time display section 17 that displays the monitor time collected by the monitor time collection section 16.
