GLASS SCRUBBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass scrubber whose cutting portion can easily be made and which can maintain an excellent cutting performance over a long period. SOLUTION: This glass scrubber is obtained by forming a cemented carbide film 12 on a substrate 11 and projecting the cemented carbide film 12 from the tip portion 11a of the substrate 11 to form a cutting portion C. The hardness of the cemented carbide film 12 is larger than that of the substrate 11, and the wear rate of the tip portion 11a of the substrate 11 is therefore larger than that of the cemented carbide film 12 to always project the cemented carbide film 12 from the tip portion 11a. The kind of the cemented carbide film 12 includes a diamond-like carbon film, a titanium nitride film and a chromium nitride film. The kind of the substrate 11 includes stainless steel, high speed tool steel and cemented carbide.
