description PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee a slantly moving property and excellent water stop property across a long term by mounting a spacer elastic body with a lower hardness than that of a rubber packing in a clearance between the receiving port and insertion port of the inside of the rubber packing. SOLUTION: A rubber packing 2 is stuck to the inner surface of a receiving port 1 molded by a plastic by an adhesive and a spacer elastic body 3 is provided on the back of the rubber packing 2. The hardness of the spacer elastic body 3 is made lower than that of the rubber packing 2. Thereby, the slantly moving property can be held stably by preventing the pile of the solid body in a dirty water to the clearance between the receiving port 1 and insertion port 5 of the more inside than the rubber packing 2. Even if the insertion port 5 is slanted for the receiving port 1, sufficient water stop property can be held by approaching the width center position of the rubber packing 2 to the fulcrum position of the slant.
