A hole 3 is bored in a concrete structure and the like, and the insert 1 at the tip of a supporting body 2 is inserted into the bored hole 3 so that the spacer 5 is positioned in the depth. The opening part of the bored hole 3 is closed by means of a closing plate 4, and filler is injected from an injection port 42 opened in the closing plate 4 for installation.
