INSERT AND MOUNTING METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insert mounting method by which an insert can be surely installed to an existing structure with ease. SOLUTION: An insert 1, whole of which is formed of ceramics, is used, and in the insert 1, a screw hole to which a bolt is screwed is bored through in the inside, while in the outer circumference, a uniform diameter part, whose diameter is uniform throughout, and a throttle part in the middle of the uniform diameter part are formed, and in a part of the uniform diameter part, a notch is formed. The insert 1 is screwed to a tip of a rod, in which a thread is cut at the tip, so as to be integrated together. In the other end of the insert 1, a spacer 5 whose blades are spread in the circumference direction is installed. A hole 3 is bored in a concrete structure and the like, and the insert 1 at the tip of a supporting body 2 is inserted into the bored hole 3 so that the spacer 5 is positioned in the depth. The opening part of the bored hole 3 is closed by means of a closing plate 4, and filler is injected from an injection port 42 opened in the closing plate 4 for installation.
