Meanwhile, steam is transferred from the evaporation tower 1 to condensers 7, 9 in the evaporation tower 1 by an evacuation pump, e.g. a dry type Roots blower 8, and the inside of the evaporation tower 1 is kept in an evacuation state. Thus, the raw liquid boils at the outer side of the heat exchange pipe 2 and the trace components and one portion of water evaporate.
