SOLUTION: A lens assemblage 20 is provided to the upper-end opening of a cylindrical lens frame 18 and a supporting plate 21 attached to the lower- end opening of the frame 18 is constituted of a rugged metallic base panel 23 having a plurality of high sections 28 and a plurality of low sections 25 and a metallic heat radiating panel 24 which is provided with a plurality of heat radiating fins 31, 32, 34, and 35 and tightly coupled with the base panel 23 in such a state that the panel 24 is closely contacted with the lower surfaces of the low sections 25. Each solar battery module 22 is attached to the upper surfaces of the low sections 25 and a cooling air flowing passage 29 is formed around each low section 25 between the base panel 23 and heat radiating fins 24.
