Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an indoor unit for air conditioner in which heat can be prevented from standing at a ceiling part at the time of cooling/heating operation. SOLUTION: At the time of cooling/heating/ventilating operation, indoor air is sucked from an air inlet 3a to touch a heat exchanger 6 and cool or hot air is supplied into a room from a lower air outlet 3c (circulation air flow A), outdoor air is sucked from an air inlet 5b to touch the heat exchanger 6 and cool or hot air is supplied into the room from the lower air outlet 3c (supply air flow B), and a part of indoor air sucked from the air inlet 3a is discharged outdoors from an exhaust opening 5c (exhaust air flow). The supply air flow B is divided into two and an upper supply air flow B1 is supplied from an upper air outlet 3b to scatter heat standing at a ceiling part.
