NOODLE-MAKING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle-making technology of utilizing nutrients or flavors of a variety of edible materials without damaging any tastes thereof and overcoming the conventional shortcomings such that although there have been known many kinds of noodles employing any tastes of the other food materials, the tastes were decreased in its process and the available food materials were restricted. SOLUTION: This machine is composed of a core material nozzle 4 and forming nozzle 5 each of which is provided with a material-holding hopper on the upper end, wherein a noodle product having a core material therein is obtained by pressurizing the materials in the respective hoppers so as to simultaneously extrude them through the respective nozzle 4 and 5. As seen from this, any complicated processes are dispensed with and any tastes used therein are never damaged, and also this machine allows abundant food materials to be used for the process and the resultant food to become excellent in having a variety of nutrients and flavors. Additionally, this is applied to many kinds of noodles by varying the shapes or the dimensions of the nozzles.
