When a gap arises between the bracket 4 and the joist 35 of the balcony floor unit, a spacer 9 is inserted to fill the gap. In this time, the joist 35 can be firmly fitted to the bracket 4 by filling the gap with spacers while adjusting the number and thickness of spacers 9 even if there is a little positional difference of the bracket 4 and the joist 35.
